CONDITIONS
- All Welcome Member awards are subject to change without prior notice, availability, and blackout dates.
- Award redemption is subject to availability. Advance reservations are required. Dining awards are not valid on special holidays. Other blackout dates and special holiday supplements may apply. Please check with the hotel concerned before issuing an award.
- For upgrade, free night, free dining and airport transfer awards, an award certificate will be issued and delivered within seven working days. Award certificates are valid for three months from the issuance date. Please surrender the certificate at the time of check-in or upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Free night and room upgrade awards do not include any breakfast unless specified.
- All awards, except airport transfer and airline miles, are transferable.
- Award certificates and gift awards may be picked up at any Ambassador hotel or be delivered to a valid address within Taiwan (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands, and restricted areas in Taiwan) at a charge of TWD25 to TWD40. Please allow seven working days for processing and delivery.
- For airline miles awards, please provide your valid airline frequent flyer membership number and your name on the membership card. Please allow four weeks for airline miles to be credited to your airline membership account.
- Awards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutions. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the awards. Award certificates will be void if altered, photocopied, reproduced, sold for cash, or other consideration.
- Awards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

- In case of any dispute, the decision of Ambassador Hotels & Restaurants is final.
